Sussex Borough was settled by Peter Decker in approximately 1742. It was incorporated from Wantage Township as the Borough of Deckertown on October 15, 1891. The name was changed to Sussex Borough on March 2, 1902.
LEAF AND BRUSH PICK-UP

The Borough hands out leaf bags to its residents. The first ten bags are free and then they charge $.50 per bag.
Brush cannot be more than 4 feet long. It must be bundled and tied.
Leaves must be placed in brown bags

Sussex Wantage Little League Baseball announces registration dates for the upcoming Spring 2012 season. The registration is for boys and girls ages 5-16. Registration can be done by mail or in person. In-person registration will be held at the Sussex Firehouse as follows:
Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Once you are on the Sussex Wantage Little League website, follow the directions on the home page as to which forms to fill out and what documentation is required. Print the form, fill it out and mail along with your payment and required documentation by January 21, 2011 to:
