The Borough Clerk serves as the liaison between the Borough Residents and the Borough Government. The core duties of the Municipal Clerk defined by State Statute are:
· Secretary of the Municipal Corporation
· Secretary to the Governing Body
· Chief Administrative Officer of Elections held within the Borough
· Chief Registrar of Voters in the Municipality
· Administrative Officer
· Records Coordinator and Manager
